Who am i?
Born and raised in Oakland, CA I started my dance journey at the age of 4. Immediately falling in love with dance I continued taking weekly classes at various studios before being accepted to Oakland School for the Arts where I studied for 6 years graduating top of my class.
I started my professional career as an apprentice and then core member of Savage Jazz Dance before taking a break due to injury. Upon my return to dance I began taking heels classes recreationally before training under various instructors and eventually beginning a teaching journey of my own.
I have now taught at various studios in the Bay Area for the past 5 years and have performed in numerous productions including producing and directing my own bodies of work.
With my decades long experience in the dance industry I provide a unique approach to teaching focusing on building my students technique allowing their natural facilities to work for them not against.
I am honored to create and provide a safe space for people of all ages and backgrounds to come enjoy their love for dance unapologetically.
